Exceptional Customer Service Training a Success!

Bovis Homes are one of the UK's leading housebuilders with a proud reputation for the quality of their homes, high specification and dedicated customer service.



This award-winning company creates contemporary homes built to traditional standards and has something for just about every type of house buyer.


Roger Morton, Performance Director recognised this and was to keen to build on these standards with the aim of giving the customer the best experience they possibly could. 


The programme was designed to enable Bovis Staff to understand the real meaning of customer service, encouraging positive behaviour, and to ensure exceptional service was provided at all times.


The programme was designed and delivered to over 1100 of their 1200 staff over a 3 month period, across each of their regions in England,  with just a couple of weeks lead time.  Delivered on time and within budget. Roger Morton said:
