Gilly Salter is an accomplished senior executive with over 20 years’ experience as a successful business development consultant and HRD advisor. Having worked her way up as a successful achiever in highly competitive environments for the past two decades, Gilly, is a skilled communicator who builds on professional and successful relationships. She is creative and versatile and has a great understanding on all people issues. Her friendly approach quickly generates confidence and enthusiasm in others.

Gilly’s heavyweight experience at strategic level, culminates in a professional reputation where she is totally committed to achieving high quality performance standards.

Alongside running her own management development and training consultancy Gilly’s passion has been in sport where she achieved the highest of levels in netball in the early 80’s playing for England and was selected as the England Captain before moving on to become an Elite Coach.  Gilly continues to work with a range of talented athletes offering coaching support and technical skills input as well being Head Coach of a Premiership Netball Club.  

In her spare time Gilly is a Director for Netball South West and until recently was also a member of the Active Gloucestershire Board.  Gilly believes applying the same performance principles used in elite sport can help enormously to improve performance in the corporate and executive world. In today’s businesses increased pressure to improve performance continues and the traditional approach is simply to demand more and expect individuals to work harder.
