GSC are delighted to have been selected to work with new client Marine Conservation Society. The programme which kicks off later in September will see GSC working with the CEO, Directors and Senior Management Team. The programme will see a mixture of input including seminar style delivery, face to face coaching, and one to one telephone support.
Managing Director Gilly Salter is pleased to share that four of the GSC Coaching Team, Kevin Parker, Lorraine Steele, Donna Green and Jill Morrow have been selected to work with AgustaWestland providing Senior 1:1 Coaching. The process to become a Coaching Supplier proved to be a robust process and included being interviewed by two internal and one external supplier. The GSC team will be attending a launch/introductory day at AgustaWestland later in September and look forward to continuing the working relationship they already share.
With our reputation growing internally, and with excellent feedback in all areas, GSC are thrilled to have been invited to provide one of our internal training professionals to work 3 days a week on a new fixed contract . This is to support EDF primarily in their Coaching and Leadership work streams. In addition, the company wide Customer Service Phase II is about to be delivered helping to keep the momentum moving forward. GSC will be revisiting all Nuclear sites to continue to develop their Team Leaders and Deputies. This process confirms EDF’s on-going commitment to their front line staff. GSC are also excited to have been selected to help deliver their two day ‘People Management’ Skills Modules on all of their future NP Leaders Programme across the UK.
GSC are overjoyed with the outcome of this September’s Messier Apprentice Programme, which saw 12 apprentices taking part. Once again it proved to be a huge success. Feedback from the first Cohort in 2012 was so positive that Messier booked two further programmes for 2013 and 2014. The apprentice programme is a 3 day residential programme and provides numerous new & exciting activities such as a self-led expedition, search & rescue project, as well as challenging their ability to lead and to work as a team.
GSC are pleased to have confirmed further work with Cotswold Archaeology following on the successful delivery of the Performance Workshops over the past two years. The Supervisory Programmes is split into six modules and covers a range of topics including... Leadership & Supervisory Skills, Conflict Resolution & Building Effective Working Relationships. With a mixture of internal staff attending, the first two modules have already been very well received and we look forward to the final presentations at the end of their learning journey in February 2014.
